A rejected claim is always a tricky and doubtful moment about the correct regulation or even if the taken out insurance is adequate. At this point, an independent technical assessment is essential to support the client. Our job is to provide technical support and advice to the client in order to reverse the rejection of a claim and adapt the clauses of the policies so that there are no new rejections.
